Squad 1 : Pride PT kit

Squad  2 : Full NPCC uniform + Dark Blue PT Kit

Squad 3 : Full NPCC uniform + Pink PT Kit

Notes:

1) Do take your lunch before coming

2) Bring water bottle (Compulsory) *NO PLASTIC BOTTLES ALLOWED*

3) Spectacle hooks, cut fingernails, NO ankle socks

4) Bring a minimum 500ml water bottle

5) Bring a working Oral Digital Thermometer (ODT)
