Squads 2 and 3 are to fall in outside the classroom block by 8.00 am sharp. Those who come after 8.00 am will be dealt with after training.

Squad 2: Red PT kit with trackpants
Squad 3: Red PT kit with trackpants

-Have your breakfast before coming
-Bring along your water bottle, compulsory 
-Specs hook, fingernails cut, no ankle socks, etc.
