Squads 1,2,3 are to fall in outside the classroom block by 3.30 pm sharp. Those who come after 3.30 will be considered late will be dealt with after training.

Attire:
Squad 1: Pride T-shirt with trackpants
Squad 2: Red PT kit with trackpants
Squad 3: Red PT kit with trackpants 

Notes :
-Have your lunch before coming
-Bring along your water bottle , Compulsory
-Specs hook, cut fingernails, no ankle socks, etc.
