4 March (Friday)

Squads 1,2,3 & 4 fall in outside the classroom block by 3.30 pm sharp. Those who come after 3.30 pm will be considered late and will be dealt with after the training.

Attire :

   Squad 1 : Pride t-shirt with trackpants
   Squad 2,3 & 4 : Red PT kit and bring along Full Uniform

-Have your lunch before coming
-Bring along your water bottle , Compulsory
-Specs hook, cut fingernails, no ankle socks, etc.
