Squad 1 ,2& 3 fall in outside classroom by 2.45pm, latest by 3pm. Those people who come after 3pm will be considered late.
Squad 1 attire : Full Uniform for those who are SELECTED for Supporting Contingent, the rest of Squad 1 need not come for training.
Squad 2&3 attire : Full Uniform

-have your lunch before coming
-bring along your water bottle
-specs hook, cut fingernails, no ankle socks etc .
